Extreme Custom Powder Coating was established in 2000 with one goal in mind:

To produce top quality powder coated finishes for the motor sports customer
as well as the small to medium sized manufacturer, by providing them the
oppurtunity to powder coat their products that may be to costly at a larger
paint and powder coating facilities.

From this original goal the business has grown and expanded to accommodate
larger parts and a variety of customers in the industrial and custom fields. Our
dedicated powder coating facility is 12,500 square foot facility has a three-stage
stainless steel power washer system, 10 by 10 by 24 stainless steel powder booth that can
handle larger jobs, with quick color changes. A new curing oven that can accommodate parts that are 19' wide x 34' long.

With new technology we can offer a wide variety of colors, glosses and textures to finish your product and enhance the life of your product.

We are associated with the Powder Coating Institute and Chemical Coaters Association International - Twin Cities chapter.
